Required Documents for Visa

• 1- Passport with chip valid for at least 7 months from the date of departure
• 2- Front and back copy of the identity card.
• 3- 2 Pictures
• 4- Meningitis Vaccine Card from health centers
• 5- For families going to Umrah with their spouse and children  A certified original of the “Census Registration Sample” obtained from the Population Directorate is required.

For women under the age of 45 and men under the age of 18 to go to Umrah with their mahrams:

• 1- Women under the age of 45 cannot go to Umrah according to the laws of Saudi Arabia without a first-degree relative with them. They can go with their husband, father, father-in-law, brother over the age of 18, their own uncle or their own uncle. For these, the originals of the Consent letter -Commitment letter to be made by the Notary Public and the certified population registration samples taken separately from the civil registration office for each individual (The lady cannot be private to the lady),
• 2- Children under the age of 18 who will not go with their parents cannot go to Umrah according to the laws of Saudi Arabia without a first degree male relative with them. Visa guarantee is not given even if they have first-degree relatives with them
• 3- For those under the age of 18, the originals of the Consent-Commitment to be made by the Notary Public, and the originals of the certified population registration samples taken from the civil registration office separately for each individual. A mother over the age of 45 cannot be intimate with her child under the age of 18.
• 4- Although all the documents are ready, sometimes there may be problems with visas due to technical reasons and sometimes due to situations caused by the consulate. The documents specified for Umrah visas are the documents requested by the consulate in 2014. If there is a change in the documents for the Umrah visa in 2014, this will be communicated to you immediately, together with the notification of the consulate.
• 5- Items a-b and c are sufficient for a visa, regardless of whether a man or woman over the age of 45 goes alone or with their spouse
• 6- The specified documents must be submitted to VERDE Tourism at least 15 days before the program date. (In special cases, please contact your sales representative.)

• On our flights with THY, the two-way domestic connection fee is 80 Euro, and the one-way domestic connection fee is 50 Euro, and it belongs to the passenger.
• Single room price is calculated by adding + 500 € on the normal package price.
• Note: According to international standards, only one extra bed can be added to the rooms for children. In other words, a double room can only be a triple, a triple room can only be a quad. Families with two or more children who want bed accommodation should contact our representative for detailed information.

Important Notes

• There is a 30 kg load right per person on flights, and our company is not responsible for excess weight.
• Airline is responsible for the loss of belongings during departures and returns, and for delays made by aircraft in weather or similar situations, and our company will show the necessary attention.
• These and similar extra costs are not included in the prices, from the drinks used in the room refrigerator, the extra drinks taken at the meals and the international phone calls you will make from your room.
• Health Services are provided free of charge to Umrah practitioners at Public Hospitals in Saudi Arabia during Umrah season. If there are medicines that our guests use regularly, they should take them with them. Private hospital and polyclinic services are paid. It will be paid by our Umrah.
• For hotel stays, even if our flight is at night, check-in to the hotel is accepted as 15:00 during the day. Even if a night flight is made and check-in at the hotel at night or in the morning, 1 night is included in the accommodation. Our departure from the hotels is at 12:00.
• You must be at the airport at least 3 hours before departure.
• The hotel distances are based on the courtyards of the Harem-i Sharif in Mecca and the Prophet’s Mosque in Medina.
• Departure Dates (+-) may vary by 1-2 days.  In addition, there may be changes in the flight track due to reasons not caused by our company.
• In cases where the same hotel is not possible due to reasons not caused by our company, accommodation will be made in similar hotels.
• Note :  International departure fund (fee) is not included in the prices, it is paid by the passenger.
• Mile Points, Pass tickets etc. Our passengers with ticket discounts are in Saudi Arabia  they can join our programs.  Please contact our representative for ticket discount.
• The flight times are notified to the passenger three days before the program date.
